Maintenance

Our systems engineers take on the tasks for the maintenance and upkeep of your systems whether they are located at your offices, at one of our datacenters or both. Our management tools and expertise combine to give you piece of mind that your infrastructure is taken care of no matter what the circumstances. We start with our internally developed base processes and procedures and customize them to fit your specific environment. We set parameters and define maintenance activities to keep your systems within their operating range.

Managed Services

You can reduce your headcount and the associated costs while at the same time increasing service levels to your end users using our Managed Services. We have experienced and certified engineers but the key is we manage and direct their activities on your behalf when we manage your infrastructure. We have the full package of technical expertise and the necessary management skills to give predictable control and performance over your costs and infrastructure.

Monitoring

We build out a dedicated web portal where your systems are monitored for network performance and errors that provide us with advanced notice of problems before they happen. Historical network and device utilization statistics provide us with information on network trending that allows for troubleshooting and capacity planning. Customized monitoring policies alerting us when equipment fails or is overloaded. NetFlow traffic management allows us to see and report on the types of traffic crossing your network.

Support

As a 360 Support customer your network is securely connected to one or more of our managed datacenters where our engineers can quickly reach your equipment giving us instant access and the ability to start working on your support calls immediately. All access to your systems, whether on premises or in a Virtual Farm, must come through our datacenter facilities where we log all connections. Having this capability along with detailed knowledge about your network and applications keeps us close and involved with your operations.
